The architecturally inspired Medina handleset includes a single cylinder deadbolt and interior trim, and it's ideal for exterior doors such as front doors. It features a Venetian bronze finish that's hand-rubbed to reveal unique bronze highlights. Made of forged brass, Baldwin's hardware is solid throughout, making it heavier, stronger, and smoother than hardware that is made of aluminum or plated steel. Easy to install, it fits all standard doors measuring 1-3/4 inches thick (a conversion kit is available for 2-1/4-inch thick doors). The adjustable latch fits 2-3⁄8-inch or 2-3⁄4-inch backsets.

SmartKey locks provide you the flexibility to re-key your locks quickly and easily without removing them from your door. And you can re-key a SmartKey lock as frequently as you wish while maintaining the highest level of security. Featuring a patented side-locking bar technology, the SmartKey lock can be rapidly re-keyed in the event a key is lost or stolen or if you've recently moved. This stainless steel side-locking bar also replaces the traditional pin and tumbler design that is particularly vulnerable to lock bumping attacks. The cylinder uses two steel balls inserted into the front of the key face to provide improved drill resistance.

Don't live in a castle but I sure feel like a king after installing my new Baldwin Medina handle set.
One single let down: I have a double door setting but only one door is used. Unfortunately, since Baldwin does not have a dummy set for situations like I ended up buying two sets of handles.
I would give the product a 5-star rating if they had a dummy set but since this is NOT the case I dropped 1 star for making me spend more money than I think is fair.
Other than that the products is very elegant, sturdy, and beautiful. Installation was extremely easy and fun. Instructions were pretty straight forward and packaging is very professional – it even included a second handle in case you need to choose right or left installation. I assure you will be happy with the end result despite the relatively high price/ investment – it will pay off.

Big big fan of this. Have received many complements since I installed it. Installation was a piece of cake and it's very well built.
