Recieved the GlideRite soft/self close drawer slides and must say the quality of this product is outstanding!!
The 100 lb. glides are very heavy duty, you may only need 75lb'ers to get the results you need.
The only con to this purchase is there are no instructions or templates for installation.

When I ordered these glides, I had some general concerns about quality because they were priced so much lower than comparable products. All worry ended when the package arrived and I inspected one of the glides. They are well constructed, heavy duty, and the soft-close mechanism works like a charm. As another reviewer indicated, they don't come with mounting hardware or instructions, neither of which was a concern for me. I probably have enough #8 pan head screws in my hardware coffee can(s) to install a few hundred sets of these. If you've never installed a drawer glide before (or only used an under-drawer mount), look around on Google or Youtube and find a couple of installation videos you can watch.
When I showed these to my wife and she saw how the soft-close mechanism worked, she insisted that the glides on our kitchen cabinets be replaced with these. So, if you are married and don't want to make work for yourself, have them delivered to your office address and keep them hidden under a pile of rags in your garage/shop. Just a friendly warning.

All full extention drawer slides need to be precisely installed for the drawers to work smoothly. The self closer on one of the slides was broken (thats why only 4 stars) but the Glide Rite slides work very well and I just ordered another 10 units. I'm very happy with them and they were delivered just a few days after I placed the order. I would recommend full extension slides for a novice installer only if they take great care to install them properly. These slides did not come with instructions or screws. The screws can be pruchased at a local hardware store for less than $1 per unit.
